This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.  Please do not 

copy or claim as your own.  Anything you produce from this tutorial is yours to do what 

you wish for personal use only.  No profit is to be made from your results.

Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.

Tube of choice. I a using the beautiful art of Alehandra Vanhek.

You can purchase her art at PicsForDesign.

You must have a license to use this art.

xreo - Fritillary

EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow (for text)

Lets begin.

Open a new 700x700 transparent image.

Fill with a medium color from your tube.

Apply your mask.

Merge group - resize - 95%

With your Preset Shape Tool - rectangle.

Foreground set on your medium color - background null.

Start at the very top left corner.

Hold down your shift key and draw out a square x 418 y 442.

Adjust - align - center canvas - convert to raster layer - resize - 85%.

Apply inner bevel with these settings.

Rename - frame1 - duplicate - rename - frame2 - image - free rotate - right - 45.

Highlight frame1 - with the magic wand click inside the frame.

Selections - modify - expand - 3.

Add a new layer - fill with a light color from your tube.

Rename background1. 

Selections - select none.

Move this layer below frame1.

Open your tube and resize if needed - copy - paste as a new layer.

Adjust - blur - radial blur.

Duplicate - mirror - merge down.

Apply xreo - fritillary.

Rename effects - duplicate - merge down.

Highlight frame1 - click inside as before - invert.

This is to remove any thing that might be outside the frame.

Highlight the effects layer - hit delete on the keyboard.

Highlight frame2 - click inside same settings - modify - expand - 3.

Add a new layer - fill with a dark color from your tube.

Move this layer below the effects layer.

Selections - select none.

Duplicate - on the original - image - flip.

Highlight frame2 and erase as shown below.

Open your tube again and resize if needed - copy - paste as new layer.

Hide your tube and mask layer.

Merge - visible.

Unhide - apply drop shadow of choice to your tube and frame layer .

Sharpen all layers.

Merge - visible.

Crop and resize. 

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want.
