PTU Party Time

This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.  Please do not 
copy or claim as your own.  Anything you produce from this tutorial is yours to do what 
you wish for personal use only.  No profit is to be made from your results.

Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the adorable art of Maryline Cazenave.
You can get her art at Creative Design Outlet.
Scrap kit Birthday Bash by MellieBeans
You can purchase it at Mystical Scraps or HeartBeatz Creations.
Template 141 by Blissfully Beth
Word art by me and you can get it here.
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow.



Lets begin.
Open the template - duplicate - close original.
Delete raster 1 - got snow black - got snow bg.
Delete the original layers as you go.
Highlight black oval frame.
Select all - float - defloat - invert.
Open pp2 copy paste as new layer.
Delete - select none.
Do the same for the following layers using these papers.
Gray round circle frame - pp9.
White rect - pp8.
Black rect frame - pp14.
Thin gray rect - pp11 - add noise.



Highlight the white oval frame - recolor using manual color correction.
Source - ffffff - target - 9bb562
Add noise with the same settings as before.
Highlight the black striped bg - recolor as before.
Source - 000000 - target - 996a49
Highlight what now should be raster 2 (gray round circle frame)
Apply EyeCandy 4000 - gradient glow.


See my tag for placement of the following.
e57 - resize 45%.
Duplicate twice for a total of 3.
You may have string sticking out - erase them.
e2 - resize 25%.
e65 - resize30%.
e67 - resize 30% - free rotate - 35 - left.
e4 - resize 25%.
Open your tube and resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Add a drop shadow of choice to all elements.
Go back to your ribbons as after adding the drop shadow as you will see some ribbon sticking out.
Crop - resize to you liking. Be sure to sharpen.
Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
